NIAM Vacancy position:

1. Senior Technical Officer:

i. Field Farm Technician: 09 Vacancies

ii. Workshop Technician: 01 Vacancy

iii. Documentation Technician: 01 Vacancy

iv. Laboratory Technician: 05 Vacancies

2. Technical Assistant

i. Workshop Technician: 01 Vacancy 

ii. Laboratory Technician: 01 Vacancy

3. Administrative 

i. Assistant Administrative Officer: 02 Vacancies

ii. Stenographer Grade-III: 06 Vacancies

iii. Lower Division Clerk: 01 Vacancy

Age control: All interested and eligible candidates age limit should be between in the range of the 18-35 years for Post No.1, in the range of the 18-30 years for Post No.2 and in the range 21-30 years for Post No.3 (i) and between in the range of 18-27 years for Post No.3 (ii) & 3 (iii). Age limit should br reckoned as on Aug 11th 2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Academic records: All interested and eligible candidates should have to clear Master’s Degree in Soil Science/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Horticulture/ Plant Physiology / Agricultural Economics/ Plant Biochemistry/ Computer Science/ Applications/ Journalism & Mass Communication or equivalent qualification from any recognized University for post No.1, Have to qualify Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Degree in Science with Chemistry for Post No.2 and Graduation in any discipline, 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board for Post No.3.

Selection Model: All interested and eligible candidates would be selected on the basis of their performance in written test / interview.

Cost of Application Fee: All interested and eligible need to pay the Bank Draft of Rs.500/- for the posts of Senior Technical Officer and Assistant Administrative Officer and have to pay Rs.300 for other posts, drawn in favour of Director, NIASM payable at Baramati failing which the application will be rejected. No other means of payment i.e. IPO/ money orders will be accepted. SC/ ST/ Women and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of the fees.

How to Apply: All interested and eligible candidates are required to post their applications in the standard and specified format along with attested Xerox copies of the relevant documents in support of Educational qualification/ Age Certificate/ Caste Certificates etc and Bank Draft, enclosed in an envelope cover super scribed in capital letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF __________ Sr. No. ______”, should be addressed
